Gentle Flow provides a safe, effective, compassionate and non-competitive environment for all types of yogis, from your beginners to your experts. It is a style of practice that focuses on stretching and breathing, not feats of strength or extreme flexibility. It’s all about keeping your mind, body and soul in balance while performing fundamental yoga poses in a carefully curated sequence. This includes standing postures, forward bends and low-impact backbends, in addition to seated stretches. At the end of the class, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to go about your day.
